• The Klint House Custodian is Christine Arseneault (C) 603-339-9545. • You will receive a temporary key code to allow Klint House Access. If you do not see this email, please call Christine. • Christine will meet you at the starting time of your rental (including setup) to introduce you to the Klint House and rules. • The Custodian will inspect the Klint House at the end of your rental - please make sure it is cleaned; if it is deemed insufficiently cleaned your owner account could be levied a fine. • Klint House Capacity is 106 • Read the Klint House Rules Before Submitting Agreement. • Owner is responsible for any damage to the Klint House which occurs during rental period
